Metallic Star PIllows ~ Free Pattern

On Tuesday, Kendra posted photos of her newly redesigned playroom ~ a truly happy place for my granddaughters.  It's their world of dress up, make believe, and magic.  I wanted to add a little contribution ~ "the little twinkle, twinkle little star."

In a prior post I mentioned one of my favorite on-line fabric stores is Hawthorne Threads.  One morning while browsing the newsletter that they send out each week, I saw this beautiful collection of metallic fabrics from Jacqueline Savage Mcfee's collection "Heavy Metals."

Just perfect for a star pillow ~ and the pattern was free!  The instructions were simple to follow, and the metallic fabric made it twinkle.

In this room where the girls can be a princess, a chef, a construction worker...., they now have a little star "to wish upon"!  ♥
